William Robert Vanden Eynden passed away peacefully Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2022 at the age of 70. Army veteran and retired mailman, Bill was survived by his loving spouse, Beth Vanden Eynden. Loving father of Alyssa, Caitlin, Katie and Tiffany. Treasured brother of Pat Bohl (Mike Bohl) and Keith Vanden Eynden (Rose Vanden Eynden). Further survived by nieces and nephews Amy Cobb (Randy), Rob Bohl (Sabrina), Max and Ben Vanden Eynden, countless adoring friends and to-be son-in-law Josh Thielen. Proud grandfather (Billy) of Hailey, Hannah and Logan. Great Uncle to Ansley, Madelyn and Austin. Bill was born to his late parents Robert Louis Vanden Eynden and Helen Vanden Eynden (Hughes) on December 11, 1951. Bill will be fondly remembered by friends and family as a dedicated family man, golfer and fisherman. He was a longtime softball player and devoted Bengals, Reds and UC Bearcats fan. He was cherished by his loyal puppies, Bella (who he rests with now), Wendy and Cali. He will be forever loved by his surviving friends and family and held in the arms of those who passed before him for eternity in heaven.
A visitation will be held Tuesday Feb. 15 from 5 - 7 p.m. at Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45233. A memorial mass will be held at Our Lady of Victory, 810, Neeb Rd. on Wednesday Feb. 23 at 11 a.m. Due to parish construction and pandemic-related reasons, the mass could not be scheduled sooner. In lue of flowers, a donation can be made to Our Lady of Victory Church in memory of Bill.
