Wayne Edward Born: 05/09/1948 age 73 passed away peacefully after a long illness on 09/25/2021. Wayne was born in Lorain, Ohio. He was raised in North Ridgeville, Ohio and graduated from North Ridgeville High School. He was a very athletic person and lettered in numerous varsity sports. Wayne accepted a scholarship to Youngstown University where he played basketball for four years and graduated with a degree in business management/marketing. Wayne is survived by four children: Deana Davis (Mason, Ohio), Wayne (Penny) Davis (Lebanon, Ohio), Marc (Christie) Davis, (Kings Mills, Ohio), and Brad (Jenny) Davis (Mason, Ohio). He leaves behind nine grandchildren, Rayce Davis, Lauren Davis, Caleb Davis, Emily Davis, Micah Davis, Caden Davis, Ava Davis, Quinn Davis and Aubrey Davis. Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Freda Davis and his brother, Frank Davis Jr.. There will be a Family Only Memorial Service. Radel Funeral Home, 451-8800 serving the family.
