Virginia L Gerhardt

Virginia Lee Gerhardt (nee Harris) passed away November 6, 2021 at the age of 91. She was born to the late Anna and Archer Harris on March 20,1930 in Cincinnati,Ohio.

Virginia was preceded in death by her husband Paul W. Gerhardt.

Her loving sons are David (Sara) and the late Richard (Sandra). She leaves with pride her grandchildren Joycelyn Gerhardt (Lewis Brown), Paula Gerhardt (KJ), Daniel Gerhardt (Alyssa Marksberry),Michael Gerhardt (Evelyn Adler) and Joseph Gerhardt (Amanda). She was blessed with two great grandchildren Wyatt and Oliver.

Virginia was a home maker and for many years, the unsung worker for her husband's home building company.

She and Paul enjoyed travelling, seeing many of America's National Parks. She bragged that they had visited Gatlinburg 99 times together. Virginia was thrilled to be able to share Gatlinburg experiences with grandchildren later in life.

Virginia enjoyed playing Bridge with her husband Paul and friends from her beloved parish, St. Antoninus.

Grandchildren and great grandchildren came later in life and became her greatest joy.

Visitation will be on Saturday, December 4, 2021 from 9:30 am until 10:30 am. Funeral Mass follows at 10:30 am.
