Terry R. Phillips

Baby Terry passed away on December 6, 2023 and is survived by both his parents, Terrance Knox and Patricia Phillips. Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and  many other family and friends. Preceded in death by his grandparents, Carol McCulley and Arthur Phillips. Visitation will take place on Friday December 15 from12pm until the time of the prayer service at 1pm held at the Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Rd. 45233.
