Ruth Newell

Ruth Newell, age 92, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 18th, 2023. She was born on April 5th, 1931 in Cincinnati, OH to the late Martha Cooper and Clifford Elmer Eng. She was predeceased by her brother, Clifford Eugene Eng, her sister, Dorothy Shafer, her daughter, Rose Marie Newell, her daughter in law, Jewell Newell, her grandson, Billy Arthur Sizemore and her great granddaughter, Erika Newell. She is survived by her children, Shirley Sizemore (Arthur Sizemore) and Larry Newell, her niece, Mary Jane, grandchildren, Marsha Sizemore-Rouse (Elmer Rouse Jr), Edward Newell, great grandchildren, Jacob, Jessica, Derrick, Steven, Laura, and her great great grandchildren, Carson, Jane, Psalm and Alba. She loved to say she was “too old to cut the mustard” and always brought so much joy when she was around. She will be missed dearly.
