Robert F Vonderahe

Vonderahe, Robert Francis, Sr beloved husband for 63 years to Nancy (Ridge), loving father to Robert Vonderahe Jr, Cathleen Lamping (Kurt), and Michael Vonderahe (Estelle). Grandfather to Allison Blincoe (Tyler), Nicholas Lamping (Hannah), Macara Vonderahe (Spencer), Elizabeth Lamping, Evan Vonderahe and Maggie Vonderahe. Great grandfather “Bob” to Louis and Elliott. Brother to Mary Carol Scarbrough and Brother to the late Marilyn Leguillon, Delores Croy, and Edwin Vonderahe. Brother in law to the late Patricia Vettel. Also survived by many family and friends. Bob was always ready to lend a hand wherever needed. Whether it was fixing something, running his family reunions, or just listening and advising us throughout life. He was always there to cheer you on at your sports event or dance recital. He helped with the parish festival and helped to start and coach the soccer program at Our Lady of Victory. He had many occupations but real estate is where he spent most of his life. Selling houses and developing many westside neighborhoods and condominiums. He never met a stranger and was the best to share a beer and listen to his stories. He was a graduate of Elder High School (1956) and proud to be part of the United States Marine Corps. He was devoted in his faith to the very end as he passed away peacefully on February 8th, 2025 at Christ Hospice of Cincinnati surrounded by his family at the age of 86.

Visitation will be held at Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Road (45233) on February 14th from 9:30 A.M. – 10:30 A.M. Catholic Mass will be held at Our Lady of Victory (810 Neeb Road) at 11:00 A.M. on February 14th.
