Rita (Nee: Strotman) Noe. Beloved wife of late Jack Sr. Loving mom of Jack (Karen) Noe Jr., Bob (Angel) Noe, Lisa (Eric) Feist, Michelle (Jim) Oaks. Devoted grandma of Sam Carroll, Trey Noe, Josh (Katie) Kappen, Justin Kappen, Kayla Kappen and Alex Feist and step grandma of Kayla Oaks and CJ Oaks. Also preceded in death by daughters Barb (Mike) Carroll and Mary Pat Noe and brother Larry Strotman. Also survived by a host of other family and friends. January 20, 2025. Age 89 years. Visitation will be Saturday Jan. 25th from 9:30 until 10:30 A.M. at the Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Road, 451-8800. Mass of Christian Burial following at 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Victory Church, 810 Neeb Road, 45233.
