Polly Kay Kahny

Polly Kay (Poynter) Kahny passed away peacefully Oct 29th, 2020 at Hospice of Cincinnati Twin Towers, from the cancer she so bravely fought.

Born February 11th,1957 in Maysville,Kentucky to William and Martha (Grigson) Poynter.

Polly persevered the ups and downs of her her life and became a nurse. She shared her compassion with her patients.She cared for her mother at Terrace View Gardens in her end of life journey. Polly was a nurse at TVG for 17years.

Family was her passion. Being "Nanny" to 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandson was what she cherished. They all loved their Nanny very much. She enjoyed going on trips with her 2 sisters and friends. Halloween,haunted places,and Christmas were her favorites.

She is survived by her husband of 30 years Ken Kahny. Children Wm Jason Reuscher( deceased) Amber,Robert and his wife Mandy, Joshua Kleiman. Grandchildren Zachery, Carlie, Keagan, Madeline, Mackenzie, Bobby, Lilly, Elaina and great grandson Carson. 2 sisters Gemena(Poynter) Welling and her husband Doug,Kathy (Poynter) Laug.

Friendships were deep and long lasting. Thank you to get good friends. She loved you.
