Mary L. Wackenhut

Cincinnati-Mary Louise Wackenhut (nee Borgmann) 77, passed away on Friday, November 1, 2024.

She was born on January 6, 1947 to the late Clara M. (Betz) and Louis Borgmann.

She is survived by her husband, Tom Wackenhut, with whom she shared 51 years of marriage, and two brothers, Gary and Fred (Judy) Borgmann. also survived by nieces Holly, Susan, Tricia, Leah, Tammy, Karen, Jessica and nephews, Andrew, Joshua and Jordan.

Having had a rewarding 35 years at Procter & Gamble, she enjoyed her vacation time traveling to Ireland, England and Scotland with her nieces. Anna Maria Island was another favorite destination to escape Cincinnati winters.

Now she is resting with her two favorite cats, Lacy and Annie.

A celebration of life will be held privately in the future. In her memory, please consider a donation to Hospice of Cincinnati who gave her great comfort in the last few days of her battle with pancreatic cancer.
