Mary Ann (Bockelman) Latscha, 81, passed away on June 5, 2024. Loving wife of Albert Charles Latscha, who passed away in 2010, devoted mother of Craig Latscha, Cheryl (Craig) Hilvert, Jeanette (Tim) Rex, and Ryan (Kristin) Latscha. Cherished grandmother of Gage & Chase Latscha, Connor & Olivia Hilvert, Mackenzie & Ben Rex, and Lily and Iris Latscha. Beloved daughter, preceded in death by parents William and Mildred Bockelman, brother Bill, sister Terry, and brother Jim. Survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Mary Ann served the Archdiocese of Cincinnati while working at Our Lady of Visitation (Bridgetown) and St. Martin of Tours (Cheviot). She regularly attended church at Our Lady of Victory and Our Lady of Lourdes and maintained relationships with dozens of friends from church and dinner groups – who were like extended family. Mary Ann’s wishes were that her body be donated to science. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to CancerFree KIDS (www.cancerfreekids.org) with a note that it is for the Terry Rasch Memorial Research Grant (Mary Ann’s sister) to fund pediatric cancer research. A memorial mass will be held on June 17 at Our Lady of Victory Church in Delhi, 810 Neeb Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45233 at 11 a.m. with a family/friends greeting at 10:30 a.m. Immediately following the service, join us for a “celebration of life” luncheon at The Farm in Delhi, just 2 miles away, at 239 Anderson Ferry Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45238.
