Lawrence Raymond Huber

Born in Des Moines, Iowa on April 1, 1938 to Raymond and Abilene Evelyn (Penn) Huber. He fell asleep in Christ on May 16, 2023 after battling dementia and congestive heart failure. He was proceeded in death by his loving wife, Donna, parents, and sister(Kay). Survived by his children: Christina (Erich) Fickel, Kimberly (Jeff) Schulthess, Lori (Paul) Mumme, and Jeff (Candy) Huber; 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and sister(Jill).

Larry (Bo) was a dedicated husband, father, and son. He was the first one in his family to go to college, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. In college and high school, he played football and ran track. In his later years, walking was his preferred exercise; he would walk for miles and miles.

On February 13, 1962, he married Donna in Cincinnati, Ohio. They moved to Holland, Michigan for short time and returned to Cincinnati to be closer to family. He spent his career at Sterling Drug, Hilton Davis, and Flint Ink to provide his kids with a stay-at-home mom and to give them opportunity to graduate college with no debt. His children most valued the love of the Lord which he shared with them.

Friends and family will be received from 10-11 am, Monday, May 29th at Radel Funeral Home. Service will follow at 11 am. Interment will follow at a later date.
