Devoted Father of Lisa (Jonathan Cunningham) Van Hart, brother of Gary Van Hart, sister in law of Pamela Van Hart, uncle of Zachary, Adam and Molly Van Hart and 31 first cousins. Preceded in death by his parents, Magdalen (Lyons) Van Hart and John (Jake) Van Hart. Jerry passed away on July 2, 2022 at the age of 71. Jerry loved his mini-farm in Indiana and especially enjoyed his many outings with his daughter, Lisa. For those who knew Jerry, he was a man of few words and a proud veteran, who followed in his father’s example of service to the country. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Lawrence Church on Thursday July 14 at 10am with interment at St Joseph Cemetery immediately following. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wounded Warriors Project, (woundedwarriorproject.org)or St Jude Hospital,(stjude.org).
