George E. Archer

George (Siaosi) Eugene Archer of Cincinnati, Ohio, went to fish with the Angels of heaven on July 26,2024 at the early age of 47.

George was born in Fagaʻalu, American Samoa on September 15,1976 to his cherished mother, Filisita (Nyel) Archer and later father, King Eugene Archer who united him into the states. He proceeds in death of his father which he dearly missed since his passing.

Husband of Amy Lee (Pendergrass) Archer, wedded together in 1996 and remained married until his last breath. George is survived by four children: Angel Marie Archer, Austin Douglas Archer, Cameron George Stephens and his sweet Charlie Ann Archer. He adored his children more than his own life and always reminded his children to not live up to society’s standards, but their own. He lived his life the best he knew and left this earth wishing that his children would find peace and happiness in this mixed-up world.

Siaosi is survived by many brothers and sisters in American Samoa and Arizona. Proceeded to heaven with late sister Leilani Randall and brother Wyatt Bowles Jr. He missed his siblings after the move from American Samoa and told many stories of them throughout his later life. George is also survived by many aunts, uncles and loved cousins.

George loved to fish, wire wrap, create art, travel from state to state, fix things, study history and geography, plant his flowers, drink a 40 with friends and bargain at flea markets. He could be found working on bikes with his son Austin or cruising on Venice Beach together; thrifting and caring for his daughter Charlie Ann; or doing donuts in the snow with his first-born Angel and getting on her nerves out of love. George also had a very unconditional love for his mother, Filisita, and enjoyed doing things to make her happy throughout his time here on earth. George also left earth missing his son Cameron.

George was surrounded by his mother and children in his childhood home on Hillside Avenue during his transition. George passed due to heart failure resulting from stage 4 COPD.

George was a unique spirit. One that is only found once in a lifetime. He will be missed by many, including his homies from Hillside. But his spirit will always be close to family and friends and will remain throughout his children.

A memorial gathering will take place on Monday August 12 from 3pm until the time of the memorial service at 5pm held at the Radel Funeral Home
