Edward M. Burgasser, 86, died on November 30, 2021 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Ed was born on June 4, 1935 in Cincinnati and lived almost his entire life on the west side.

Ed is survived by his seven children: Michael (Diane Pritchard) Burgasser, Kathleen Burgasser, Theresa (Mark) Gorrasi, Stephen (Rhonda Ellis) Burgasser, Joseph Burgasser, Ann (Rhonda Snider) Sartor and James Burgasser.

He also leaves behind his two granddaughters Megan Burgasser and Jessica (Stephen) Jones and three great-grandchildren: Madison, Drew and Connor.

He is also survived by his sister Marlene and brother Thomas.

In addition to his parents, Ed was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Patricia, his sister and his sister-in-law.

Ed served in the U.S. Marine Corps as an aircraft mechanic during the Korean War. He went on to become a mechanical engineer and worked for the former Litton Industries in Hebron, Kentucky.

In retirement, Ed enjoyed news programs, home improvement projects, landscaping and reading.

Ed was well-respected, and many sought out his wisdom and guidance through the years on money matters and much more.

He also will be remembered for his fairness, generosity, devotion to family and loyalty to friends.
