Dolores “Dolly” (nee Barket). Passed away on Nov. 25, 2023 at the age of 91. Beloved Wife of 50 years to the late James R. Waters, Sr. Devoted mother of Jim (Nancy), Mark (Martha), and Rick Waters. Loving grandmother of five. Dolly was a devout Catholic and a friend to many. Her kindness and generosity will be remembered by countless others whose lives she touched. Relatives and friends are welcome to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Victory Church, 810 Neeb Road, Cincinnati OH 45233 on Sat.
