Christopher J Deye

Christopher J. Deye, 60, passed away on September 30, 2021. Chris was born December 29, 1960 to Walter C. and Ruth Deye (both deceased). After graduating from St. Xavier High School in 1979, he earned a degree from Xavier University in 1983.

In 1986, he met Beverly and they wed in 1987, going on to have three children, Joe, Kevin, and Julie. Chris was a supportive brother to Kathy, Walter, Tom, Jamie, and Mary and their respective spouses. He was a caring uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Chris was kind to all, determined to make everyone in the room feel welcome. He had the biggest heart and his family meant more to him than anything else in the world. His proudest accomplishment was raising his three children.

A charismatic entertainer, Chris enjoyed hosting friends and family for holidays, gatherings, and celebrations. As a train enthusiast, Chris could be found working on model train layouts both indoors and out. He also enjoyed watching the Cincinnati Bengals and cheering on the Xavier musketeers, having been the mascot during college. Anyone who knew Chris knew he was one of the most genuine souls. He will be deeply missed by all.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday October 5 from 5-7 pm, at Radel Funeral Home (650 Neeb Rd. Cincinnati, OH, 45233). Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday October 6, at Our Lady of Victory Church at 11 am (808 Neeb Rb. Cincinnati, OH, 45233).
