Bruce L. Stormer

Bruce L Stormer , 86,passed away on Friday October 22nd 2021. Bruce was a devoted husband of the late (Bonnie N Stormer Beloved son of Joseph and Lenore Stormer and the brother of Sandra L Volz and the late Eugene Stormer Loving Father of Cheri R Fantetti and Karen D Riegler Father in law to Michael A Fantetti Grandfather to Nicole L Fantetti Cooley (David Cooley) and Christina M Fantetti and also a very proud Great Grandfather of Sophia Rose Cooley. Bruce was a proud high school graduate of Roosevelt High School in Dayton Ohio he graduated in 1953, he was a member of the band he played the clarinet also a member of the science club. Bruce went on to the University of Cincinnati and graduated with a bachelors degree in Business Administration while he co oped at Frigidaire. After college he enlisted in the Air Force as a reservist from 1958 to 1964. In October of 1962 he was called up to serve in the Cuban Missile Crisis. Bruce worked for Hillenbrand Casket Company and retired from Hillrom as a manufacturing engineer in Batesville Indiana. Bruce was a devoted family man, it was always family first and foremost. Everyone that knew him loved his sense of humor.He loved boating and traveling he enjoyed watching the Reds and his favorite player Jessie Winker, also loved the Bengals. Bruce will be truly missed by his family and friends.He always told us to drive safely and wrapped up his conversations with Okie Dokey!!!. Love and Miss you Forever Love your Family ❤️
