Thomas E. Callahan

Thomas Edward Callahan "Coach Cal," age 81 passed away surrounded by family on Friday June 2, 2023. Beloved husband of Mary Callahan (nee Diersing), devoted father of his three loving children Tom (Kim) Callahan, Dan Callahan, Angela (Patrick) Callahan Stites. Thomas is the proud grandfather of Tyler Callahan, Zachary Callahan, Jenna Callahan, Allison Stites, and Austin Stites. Thomas was a University of Cincinnati Alumnus and an outstanding football and baseball athlete. Thomas leaves behind thousands of students whom he loved to teach and coach at Elder High School and Oak Hills High School. He will forever be remembered for his inspirational words and his endless acts of dedication to his family, friends and students.

Visitation on Wednesday June 7th from 5-7 pm at Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45233. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday June 8th at 11 am at Our Lady of Victory Parish, 810 Neeb Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45233.
