Janet Mae Baer

Janet Mae Baer, nee Miller, passed away at home on November 29, 2020 at the age of 86. Janet was born July 28, 1934 in Taylor Creek, Ohio to the late August and Rose (Bross) Miller. She married the late Dale Baer in 1956.
Janet is survived by her children Deborah (Charles) Slaughter, Sandi (the late Gary) Wessendorf, Michael, Darryl, and Scott Baer; her grandchildren John “Chris” (Rachele) McKinney, Jennifer (Brian) Witherby, Rachel McKinney, Aimee, Andrew, and Amanda Wessendorf, and Kevin (Bianca) Baer; and great-grandchildren Ryan, Kaeleigh, Lillian, Aiden, Mikala, Isaac, Dominic, Isabele, Elizabeth, Eli and Kelsey.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son Paul “Ricky” Baer, and her siblings Alma Meyers, Lauretta Jelen, Rose Warburton, Agnes Jelen, Marian Steigerwald, and Florence, Hilda and Robert Miller.
Visitation is at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Cheviot with Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be at St. Joseph’s New Cemetery in Delhi.
