Domenica Cipollone

Domenica Cipollone, cherished wife and mother, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 20, 2022. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Cosimo Cipollone of 63 years. Loving mother of Kathy (Paul) Pflum, Anthony (Nancy), Michael (Roseanne) and Mary (Mike) Zimmer. She is survived by her 9 grandchildren, Sean, Ally, Nick, Christian, Nicole, Matthew, Samantha, Andrew and Isabella, 2 greatgrandchildren, Riley and Oliver, sisters Rosa and Madalein and brother Dominic. She was preceded in death by her parents, Antonio and Pasqua Cipollone, her sisters Mary and Antoinette and her brothers Pasquale and Paul.

Domenica was a devout wife and mother who loved her family immensely. If she wasn’t watching Dr. Phil, soap operas, or the Bengals she would be calling her family to check in on them. Sunday dinners were a staple in her house and she very much looked forward to spending quality time with her family on those days, especially her grandchildren who she absolutely adored. She was extremely proud of her family and took great joy in hearing their stories and their love for each other. Domenica had a beautiful smile and the kindest heart. She was always willing to help and was always offering advice and kind words and found joy in helping others. She loved love. She loved life. Doctors were amazed by her sheer determination and will to live, beating every statistic they had. And she did. She stayed positive despite her prognosis no matter how awful she felt. Her daughters started calling her badass. Domenica built a powerful legacy of love and family that will carry on for generations. She will be so very missed but never forgotten.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 27 from 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45233. Funeral services will follow at 11:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Victory, 810 Neeb Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45233. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati, P.O.
